Finley Gannon RIP
A pall of sadness descended on the College on hearing of the untimely and tragic death of Finley Gannon, Leaving Cert class of 2018.
Finley was a much-treasured member of our College community for 6 years where his bright smile and engaging personality won many hearts. His Kindness, convivial nature and the friendship that he liberally offered to all he met brightened the lives of so many – students and staff alike. We will always treasure the memories that he has left us with and are grateful for having had the opportunity to have Finley in our lives.
Skerries Community College sends its deepest condolences to his family – his mother Catherine, father Patrick, his sister Amy who is currently Studying with us, his brother Jack our former student and his brother Shaun and all his relatives and friends.
May He Rest in Peace.

August 2018 Oran Tully R.I.P. The College community was saddened to hear of the passing of our past pupil Oran Tully. Oran was a valued member of our College community for five years and his gentle and friendly presence has left an indelible mark. We remember him for many things including his enthusiasm for learning, his love of sport and his ability to make us smile. Skerries Community College sends its deepest condolences to his family, his mother, Clare and his father, Martin, his brothers Dáire and Conall and his extended family.
